Printed Header Plate
Headers are available in three different shapes; Wave, Dome and Straight. As standard the header panel is powder coated to match the frame, but you do have the option of a different colour header. Our price includes text and logo if required.
For your peace of mind we will email you a free of charge proof for your approval prior to printing the header.
Material and Standards
The Cyclone has an aluminium profile EN AW 6060 - BS EN 573-3. The door is glazed with plexishock glazing which is a transparent organic UV blocking material with good shock resistance ISO 7032-2. Aluminium posts EN AW 6106, EN AW 6060 and EN AW 6063 - EN 755-2 providing high mechanical strength.
Lighting Kits
Lighting is supplied as a self installation kit. The kit consists of a waterproof transformer and LED lighting strip with double sided adhesive tape. Cables are not supplied. The lighting should be fitted by a qualified electrician. The Transformer is to be located outside of the case. The case needs to be drilled to allow the cables to be fed through and a silicone sealant used to seal the hole.
Installation
Please note that the cases are designed to be hinged on the left and opening on the right on delivery. If you wish to hang the door so it opens to the left, please install as normal then remove the three rubber adhesive pads located down the integrated hinge, rotate the door to the right and replace the rubber adhesive pads.
