Delivery Methods & Charges
The following standard delivery rules apply:
UK Mainland: Delivery charge per order of £14.50*.
* For multiple quantities and larger items additional delivery charges may apply.
UK Mainland Estimated Delivery Lead Times
All in stock orders will be dispatched for delivery within 1-3 working days.
Special Order/Make To Order item estimated delivery lead-times will be clearly displayed for each product.
We will deliver your order during the working day between the times of 9:00 am and 5.00pm (Monday to Friday).
Customers in the UK Highlands/Islands, NI & European Union
Non-mainland UK customers (including Scottish Highlands) will not be able to order via this web site. Instead we ask that you contact us for a quotation or complete the Quote Request Form here; Request Delivery Quotation
Please note that it is the responsibility of our EU based customers to pay any relevant customs duties, VAT and handling charges for the imported goods.
Please add 2-3 additional days to published delivery lead-times for shipments to non UK mainland addresses.
Important Delivery Information
All goods should be inspected immediately while the delivery driver is still present. If the goods are suspected of being damaged please write "Refused due to damage" on the consignment note and hand the goods back to the driver. If it is not possible to inspect goods while the driver is present, any damages must be reported within twenty four hours following delivery. Claims for damages can not be entertained if reported outside of this period.
It is important to note that if your order comprises several items, then your delivery may be split. With stocked items being dispatched immediately and Special Order items following at a later date.
White Light Display is primarily a business to business supplier, although we do deliver many products to domestic addresses. However certain large items can only be delivered to non-domestic addresses. If your order falls into this category we will notify you immediately when your order is placed. Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature and packages will not be left at unoccupied premises.
How to Report Damages / Missing Components / Short Delivery
Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order ref/order number and briefly explain the problem. If the product was damaged in transit please also attach photographs which clearly show the extent of the damage. Any claims for short deliveries or damages must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver the goods within the estimated period but shall not incur any liability whatsoever due to any consequences of delayed delivery or carrier damage. We can not guarantee to get your delivery on site to meet installers and will accept no liability arising from delayed delivery or product damage consequently delaying installation. It is therefore advisable to schedule your installers time only when the goods have been received and checked for damages.
Larger bulkier items will often be delivered on a non-returnable pallet to ensure they arrive in a perfect condition. Please be aware that as with all pallet deliveries, it is not the responsibility of the delivery driver to transfer items from the pallet into the delivery premises. Where safe to do so, the pallet/s will be left in a safe location curb-side, adjacent to the delivery premises, and it is the customers responsibility to transfer the items from the pallet into the delivery premises and to dispose of the pallet.
