Delivery Times
STOCKED ITEMS: 1 - 3 working days
MAKE TO ORDER ITEMS: 4 - 7 working days
We will deliver your order during the working day between the times of 9:00am and 5.00pm (Monday to Friday). For an additional cost next day / before midday delivery services are available for "stocked-items" providing the order is placed before 12.00 noon. If you wish to upgrade your delivery service contact our sales team on 024 76 460674 to place your order.
UK Mainland Delivery Charges
The following standard delivery rules apply:

We apply a standard delivery charge of £10.00 on all UK mainland orders.

A minimum packaging and delivery charge of £18.00 will be applied to LED Light Pocket orders.

For delivery to Ireland, UK Islands & EU Countries, please contact us for a delivery quotation.
Damages / Product Faults / Short Delivery
All goods should be inspected immediately while the delivery driver is still present. If the goods are suspected of being damaged please write "Refused due to damage" on the consignment note and hand the goods back to the driver. If it is not possible to inspect goods while the driver is present, any damages or missing components must be reported within twenty four hours following delivery. Claims for damages or missing components can not be entertained if reported outside of this period.
