2. Delivery Times
We offer a standard 2-3 working day delivery service for all stocked items (subject to stock availability), Special Order items may take longer.
For a small additional cost a next day delivery service is available for "stocked-items" providing the order is placed before 12.00 noon. Contact us on 024 76 460674 to place your order.
3. Important Delivery Information
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver the goods within the estimated period but shall not incur any liability whatsoever due to any consequences of delayed delivery or carrier damage. We can not guarantee to get your delivery on site to meet installers and will accept no liability arising from delayed delivery or product damage consequently delaying installation. It is therefore advisable to schedule your installers time only when the goods have been received and checked for damages.
It is important to note that if your order comprises several items, then your delivery may be split. With stocked items being despatched immediately and Special Order items following at a later date.
We deliver during the working week only and between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.
4. Damages / Product Faults / Short Delivery
All goods should be inspected immediately while the delivery driver is still present. If found to be faulty, please write "Refused due to damage" on the consignment note and hand the goods back to the driver. If it is not possible to inspect goods whilst the driver is present, damages must then be reported within twenty four hours following delivery. Any missing components must be reported within five working days. Claims for damages can not be entertained if damages are reported outside of the stated times above.
