That moment you click purchase with a completely unknown company having just 'googled' the product or service you want.......... But I'm so glad I did. The pull-down projector screen is exactly what we needed for my daughters' bedroom (you try and get a white case... it's impossible).
But whereas products can be easily price-matched, etc (no need BTW as they were very reasonable) it's lot more tricky to be sure of great service these days and WhiteLight didn't disappoint.
We received two reply's to our enquiries - both on a Sunday - from Dean who was amazing; great product knowledge and great attention to detail, a pleasure to deal with.
Worth also noting that it's a lot easier to be friendly when everything is rosy - you find out how genuine a company is when things go wrong. Sadly our item arrived buckled (courier clumsiness) and once again Dean stepped up, replacing the item for us without quibble. WhiteLight may well have lost on our sale as a result of this - which makes their stance all the more to their credit.
Would I buy from WhiteLight again and recommend them?
